Vanilla Protein Popsicles
Ingredients
SERVES: 6
2 cups milk (cow's milk or plant-based milk)
1 cup heavy cream or full-fat coconut cream
2 tbs maple syrup
Popsicle molds (depending on the size and shape you prefer)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well until liquid and dry ingredients are combined
Pour liquid into six popsicle molds, leaving some room at the top for expansion during freezing
Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until they are completely solid
Remove & enjoy as desired
