Vanilla Protein Popsicles

Ingredients

SERVES: 6

  • 2 cups milk (cow's milk or plant-based milk)

  • 1 cup heavy cream or full-fat coconut cream

  • 2 tbs maple syrup

  • ½ cup Rookie Vanilla Protein Powder

  • Popsicle molds (depending on the size and shape you prefer)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well until liquid and dry ingredients are combined

  • Pour liquid into six popsicle molds, leaving some room at the top for expansion during freezing

  • Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until they are completely solid

  • Remove & enjoy as desired
