Peach Crumble
Ingredients
SERVES: 2
1 cup frozen peaches
1 cup oats
1 serving of Vanilla Protein Powder
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp olive oil
Cinnamon
Instructions
Add frozen peaches to the bottom of an oven safe ramekin cup
In a separate bowl combine oats, protein powder, maple syrup, cinnamon, olive oil.
Mix well and spread evenly over berry layer
Bake at 325F for 40-60 minutes (until golden)
Top with shredded coconut and enjoy!
