Vanilla Colostrum Energy Balls
Ingredients
SERVES: 10
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond butter
1/8 cup honey
A pinch of salt (optional)
10 servings Vanilla Cowboy Colostrum
Additional add-ins (e.g., chopped nuts, dried fruits, chocolate chips) as desired
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and colostrum powder. Mix them together well to evenly distribute the colostrum throughout the oats.
Add the almond butter, honey, and salt to the bowl with the oats and colostrum to bind the mixture together and add flavor.
Mix all the ingredients together with a spatula or using your hands to combine well.
Add in chosen add ins if desired
Roll a small portion of the mixture unto bite-sized energy balls using your hands.
Place the energy balls on a tray or plate lined with parchment paper and put the tray in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to help the balls firm up.
After the energy balls have chilled and set, transfer them to an airtight container. Store them in the refrigerator for freshness.
