Vanilla Colostrum Energy Balls

Ingredients

SERVES: 10

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 1/8 cup honey

  • A pinch of salt (optional)

  • 10 servings Vanilla Cowboy Colostrum

  • Additional add-ins (e.g., chopped nuts, dried fruits, chocolate chips) as desired

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and colostrum powder. Mix them together well to evenly distribute the colostrum throughout the oats.

  •  Add the almond butter, honey, and salt to the bowl with the oats and colostrum to bind the mixture together and add flavor.

  • Mix all the ingredients together with a spatula or using your hands to combine well. 

  • Add in chosen add ins if desired

  • Roll a small portion of the mixture unto bite-sized energy balls using your hands. 

  • Place the energy balls on a tray or plate lined with parchment paper and put the tray in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to help the balls firm up.

  • After the energy balls have chilled and set, transfer them to an airtight container. Store them in the refrigerator for freshness.
