The Classic Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

SERVES: 1

  • ½ cup oats

  • 1 cup whole milk or water

  • 1 small banana, sliced

  • ¼ cup frozen blackberries

  • Walnuts

  • Hemp seeds

  • Cinnamon

 

Instructions

  • Add oats and water to a bowl and microwave on high for one minute

  • Add toppings & enjoy!
