Chocolate & Cherry Chia Pudding
Ingredients
SERVES: 1
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp of Chocolate Protein Powder (optional)

1 tbsp cacao powder
1 cup milk
¼ cup pitted cherries
Instructions
To a bowl add chia seeds, protein powder, and cacao powder. *If you are not using protein powder, double the amount of cacao powder to get the chocolatey flavor and texture.
Mix the chia seeds and powders together
Pour in milk and mix until well combined
Cover the chia seed mixture and store in fridge for 5 hours (or ideally overnight)
When serving, add fresh cherries and coconut to the top
