Chocolate & Cherry Chia Pudding

Ingredients

SERVES: 1

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp of Chocolate Protein Powder (optional)

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 cup milk

  • ¼ cup pitted cherries

 

Instructions

  • To a bowl add chia seeds, protein powder, and cacao powder. *If you are not using protein powder, double the amount of cacao powder to get the chocolatey flavor and texture.

  • Mix the chia seeds and powders together

  • Pour in milk and mix until well combined

  • Cover the chia seed mixture and store in fridge for 5 hours (or ideally overnight)

  • When serving, add fresh cherries and coconut to the top
