Pistachio & Date Chocolate Clusters

Ingredients

SERVES: 5

  • 1/2 cup medjool dates (pitted)

  • 1/3 cup pistachios

  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 2 dark chocolate bars (I used @hukitchen raspberry & cashew butter dark chocolate)

  • 1 tsp flaky salt

 

Instructions

  • To a bowl, combine pitted dates, pistachios & pumpkin seeds & mix well

  • Melt dark chocolate in microwave

  • Pour dark chocolate into bowl with the dates, pistachios & pumpkin seeds and mix well until evenly coated

  • Form into 5 clusters & sprinkle flaky salt on top

  • Freeze for 30 minutes & enjoy!
