Pistachio & Date Chocolate Clusters
Ingredients
SERVES: 5
1/2 cup medjool dates (pitted)
1/3 cup pistachios
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
2 dark chocolate bars (I used @hukitchen raspberry & cashew butter dark chocolate)
1 tsp flaky salt
Instructions
To a bowl, combine pitted dates, pistachios & pumpkin seeds & mix well
Melt dark chocolate in microwave
Pour dark chocolate into bowl with the dates, pistachios & pumpkin seeds and mix well until evenly coated
Form into 5 clusters & sprinkle flaky salt on top
Freeze for 30 minutes & enjoy!
