Chocolate Chip Walnut Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread

Ingredients

SERVES: 8

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 mashed bananas

  • 1/4 cup yogurt

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup walnuts

  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

    {cinnamon sugar}

  • mix together sugar & cinnamon

 

Instructions

  • Combine dry ingredients

  • Mix in wet ingredients

  • Mix in walnuts, chocolate chips & extra cinnamon

  • Add to banana bread tin

  • Sprinkle on cinnamon sugar

  • Bake at 350 for 40 minutes and allow to cool for ~15 minutes before slicing

  • Enjoy!
