Chocolate Chip Walnut Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread
Ingredients
SERVES: 8
2 cups almond flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 mashed bananas
1/4 cup yogurt
2 eggs
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
{cinnamon sugar}
mix together sugar & cinnamon
Instructions
Combine dry ingredients
Mix in wet ingredients
Mix in walnuts, chocolate chips & extra cinnamon
Add to banana bread tin
Sprinkle on cinnamon sugar
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes and allow to cool for ~15 minutes before slicing
