Homemade Healthy Klondike Popsicles

Ingredients

SERVES: 4-5 depending on size of popsicles

 

Instructions

  • Chop up one @rittersport_usa Alpine Milk Chocolate bar into chocolate shavings

  • To a bowl, add your Greek yogurt and chopped chocolate shavings

  • Stir and combine

  • On sheet pan lined with paper, scoop one cookie scooper worth of the mixture onto the tray (repeat x 4)

  • Press down onto the top of each and round them to desired popsicle shape

  • Place popsicle stick inside

  • Freeze for 1 hour

  • Right before removing the frozen popsicles, melt your other @rittersport_usa Alpine Milk Chocolate bar on the stovetop (double boiler)

  • Remove popsicles and coat each popsicle with melted chocolate

  • Place coated popsicles back into freezer for 2 hours, remove & ENJOY!
