Lemon & Garlic Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients

SERVES: 1

  • 1 box of pasta

    3/4 cup fresh arugula

    1 cup steamed peas

    1/2 cup sautéed shrimp

    4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil — using @hellobranche

    Juice from 1 lemon

    Garlic powder to taste

    Black pepper to taste

    Parmesan cheese shreds

    Flaky sea salt to taste

 

Instructions

  • Boil pasta per instructions on bag

  • Steam 1 cup of frozen peas in microwave

  • Sauté shrimp (fresh or frozen) on stovetop for ~10 minutes or until desired crispiness

  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl

  • Mix well to combine & enjoy!
