Blueberry Protein Chia Pudding
Ingredients
SERVES: 3
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 tbsp coconut cream
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
3/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1 tbsp all natural peanut butter
Instructions
To a blender combine frozen blueberries, coconut cream, protein powder and milk
Blend in high for one minute
To a meal prep container, add chia seeds and blended purple blueberry protein milk
Cover & store in refrigerator overnight
Serve with fresh blueberries & peanut butter
