Blueberry Protein Chia Pudding

Ingredients

SERVES: 3

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 2 tbsp coconut cream

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 3/4 cup skim milk

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries

  • 1 tbsp all natural peanut butter

 

Instructions

  • To a blender combine frozen blueberries, coconut cream, protein powder and milk

  • Blend in high for one minute

  • To a meal prep container, add chia seeds and blended purple blueberry protein milk

  • Cover & store in refrigerator overnight

  • Serve with fresh blueberries & peanut butter
