Instructions

  • Toast 1 slice of sourdough bread

  • While toasting, boil your egg

    • Bring water to boil, place egg into boiling water for 7.5 minutes. Remove & place in a bowl with ice & water for 2 minutes & then peel off egg shell

  • Spread @mtvikos kalamata olive spread onto toast

  • Add fresh arugula, boiled egg, & feta cheese & crushed pistachios

  • Drizzle with Yaya’s extra virgin olive oil, salt & pepper

  • Slice your egg in half & enjoy!
