Kalamata Olive Toast
Ingredients
SERVES: 1
1 slice freshly toasted sourdough bread
@mtvikos kalamata olive spread — added from the heart🫒
1 boiled egg
Fresh arugula
Crumbled feta cheese
Crushed pistachios
Instructions
Toast 1 slice of sourdough bread
While toasting, boil your egg
Bring water to boil, place egg into boiling water for 7.5 minutes. Remove & place in a bowl with ice & water for 2 minutes & then peel off egg shell
Spread @mtvikos kalamata olive spread onto toast
Add fresh arugula, boiled egg, & feta cheese & crushed pistachios
Drizzle with Yaya’s extra virgin olive oil, salt & pepper
Slice your egg in half & enjoy!
