Salted Maple Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

SERVES: 1

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 scoop vanilla chai protein powder (can sub vanilla protein powder)

  • 1 tbsp maple pecan granola butter (can sub any granola butter or nut butter)

  • 1 cup milk

  • Lots of cinnamon

 

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender

  • Blend on high for one minute

  • Pour into glass, top with cinnamon & enjoy!
