Salted Maple Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
SERVES: 1
1 banana
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 scoop vanilla chai protein powder (can sub vanilla protein powder)
1 tbsp maple pecan granola butter (can sub any granola butter or nut butter)
1 cup milk
Lots of cinnamon
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender
Blend on high for one minute
Pour into glass, top with cinnamon & enjoy!
