Classic Chia Pudding

Ingredients

SERVES: 2

Instructions

  • To a bowl or small cup, pour milk and add one scoop of colostrum

  • Froth together until colostrum is mixed in with milk

  • Add chia seeds into mixture and mix with a spoon

  • Cover and store in refrigerator for 6 hours minimum (ideally overnight)

  • When serving, layer in about 1 tbsp of chia seed pudding, then layer some granola. Layer in more chia pudding and more granola & top with fresh raspberries!
