High Protein Apple & Cinnamon Toast
Ingredients
SERVES: 1
1 slice fresh sourdough
3/4 cup @wallabyyogurt Greek yogurt
1 tbsp all natural almond butter
2 tsp ceylon cinnamon, halved
1 small apple
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp raw honey
Instructions
Toast one slice of sourdough
In a small bowl combine Greek yogurt, almond butter & 1 tsp cinnamon — mix well to make your high protein frosting
Chop one small apple into small pieces
To a small pan, add olive oil, chopped apples & 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon & sauté apples over medium heat for 5 minutes
Spread high protein frosting onto sourdough
Add sautéed warm cinnamon apples
Drizzle honey on top (and more cinnamon if you love it like me) & enjoy!
