High Protein Apple & Cinnamon Toast

Ingredients

SERVES: 1

  • 1 slice fresh sourdough

  • 3/4 cup @wallabyyogurt Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp all natural almond butter

  • 2 tsp ceylon cinnamon, halved

  • 1 small apple

  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tbsp raw honey

 

Instructions

  • Toast one slice of sourdough

  • In a small bowl combine Greek yogurt, almond butter & 1 tsp cinnamon — mix well to make your high protein frosting

  • Chop one small apple into small pieces

  • To a small pan, add olive oil, chopped apples & 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon & sauté apples over medium heat for 5 minutes

  • Spread high protein frosting onto sourdough

  • Add sautéed warm cinnamon apples

  • Drizzle honey on top (and more cinnamon if you love it like me) & enjoy!
