Grilled Chicken & Orzo Bowl

Ingredients

SERVES: 1

  • 1 cup fresh arugula

  • ½ cup summer orzo recipe

  • 4 oz grilled chicken

  • 2 tbsp Trader Joe’s vegan Caesar dressing

  • 2 tsp Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Add arugula to base of bowl

  • Layer in orzo

  • Chop up grilled chicken & layer in

  • Drizzle Trader Joe’s vegan Caesar dressing on top

  • Add Parmesan Cheese
