Chunky Monkey Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

SERVES: 1

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats

  • 1 small banana

  • 1 tbsp all natural peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp raw honey

  • 1 tsp cacao nibs

  • 1 tsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

 

Instructions

  • To a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup oats with 1 cup water & microwave for 1 minute to cook

  • To another bowl, add greek yogurt to the bottom & layer in cooked oatmeal with the rest of the toppings

  • Enjoy!
