Chunky Monkey Oatmeal Bowl
Ingredients
SERVES: 1
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 small banana
1 tbsp all natural peanut butter
1 tbsp raw honey
1 tsp cacao nibs
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
To a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup oats with 1 cup water & microwave for 1 minute to cook
To another bowl, add greek yogurt to the bottom & layer in cooked oatmeal with the rest of the toppings
