Chocolate Chip Coconut Baked Oats
Ingredients
SERVES: 1
1/2 cup oats
1/2 banana
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
Cinnamon to taste
Pinch of salt
1 handful of chocolate chips
2 tbsp Coconut
Instructions
Blend all ingredients except for chocolate chips & coconut
Add mixture to greased ramekin and add toppings
Bake at 400F for 15 minutes
