Chocolate Chip Coconut Baked Oats 

Ingredients

SERVES: 1

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/3 cup milk

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • Cinnamon to taste

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 handful of chocolate chips

  • 2 tbsp Coconut

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients except for chocolate chips & coconut

  • Add mixture to greased ramekin and add toppings

  • Bake at 400F for 15 minutes
