Chicken Caesar Wrap

Ingredients

SERVES: 1

  • 1 whole wheat wrap

  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 3 oz grilled chicken

  • Trader Joe’s vegan Caesar dressing

  • 1 tsp Parmesan cheese

  • ¼ cup crunchy chickpeas

 

Instructions

  • To a bowl, combine lettuce, roasted chickpeas, Caesar dressing, and parmesan cheese

  • Toss until all ingredients are evenly coated with dressing & parmesan cheese

  • Add tossed lettuce mixture to the base of wrap

  • Layer grilled chicken on top

  • Roll wrap together
