Energy Bites
Ingredients
SERVES: 10
1.5 cups oats
½ cup sunflower butter
1 large, mashed banana
3-4 tbsp honey
¼ cup pecans
Cinnamon to taste
3 tbsp hemp seeds
Instructions
Combine oats, pecans, cinnamon, and hemp hearts to a bowl
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed
Add in sunflower butter, mashed banana, and honey
Mix
Form mixture into small energy balls
Cover and store in the fridge for about one week
