Energy Bites

Ingredients

SERVES: 10

  • 1.5 cups oats

  • ½ cup sunflower butter

  • 1 large, mashed banana

  • 3-4 tbsp honey

  • ¼ cup pecans

  • Cinnamon to taste

  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds

Instructions

  • Combine oats, pecans, cinnamon, and hemp hearts to a bowl

  • Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed

  • Add in sunflower butter, mashed banana, and honey

  • Mix

  • Form mixture into small energy balls

  • Cover and store in the fridge for about one week
