Soyaki Dinner Bowl

Ingredients

SERVES: 3

  • All from @traderjoes

  • 1 bag vegetable fried rice

  • 3 cups romaine lettuce

  • 3 oz raw almonds

  • cucumber slices

  • 1 bag edamame, shelled

  • 6 tbsp toasted sesame dressing

  • 1 ½ avocado, sliced

  • 9 oz. grilled chicken (added after the video)

  • sesame seeds

  • 3 tbsp soyaki marinade

 

Instructions

  • To a pan, sauté your vegetable fried rice with 3 tbsp of Soyaki marinade

  • While that is cooking, make your salad — combine your romaine, almonds, cucumber slices, and edamame. Toss it in the toasted sesame dressing until well combined.

  • Once the vegetable fried rice is done and your salad is made, plate both of them on the plate

  • Add sliced avocado on top with some sesame seeds to finish it off

  • *I added grilled chicken on top after recording for some extra protein, but this is optional! ** You can marinade your grilled chicken in the Soyaki for extra flavor that pairs perfectly with this bowl!
