Blended Cookie Dough Overnight Oats

Ingredients

SERVES: 2

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/4 cup almond flour

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1 banana

  • 2 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Desired amount of mini chocolate chips

 

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients (minus chocolate chips) to a blender — always love my @beasthealth

    Blend on high for 1 minute

    Mix in mini chocolate chips

    Pour into a glass meal prep container, cover & store in the refrigerator overnight

    Serve with some Greek yogurt if desired and some more chocolate chips!
