Blended Cookie Dough Overnight Oats
Ingredients
SERVES: 2
1 cup oats
1/4 cup almond flour
1 cup milk of choice
1 banana
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Desired amount of mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Add all ingredients (minus chocolate chips) to a blender — always love my @beasthealth
Blend on high for 1 minute
Mix in mini chocolate chips
Pour into a glass meal prep container, cover & store in the refrigerator overnight
Serve with some Greek yogurt if desired and some more chocolate chips!
