Blended Blueberry Protein Overnight Oats

Ingredients

SERVES: 1

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 2/3 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 scoop protein powder using Rookie Vanilla Protein

  • 1 tsp maca powder

  • Lots of cinnamon

  • 3/4 cup milk

 

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender

  • Blend on high for 10-15 seconds

  • Pour into a meal prep container, cover & store in the refrigerator for 6 hours (ideally overnight)

  • Enjoy in the morning!
