Blended Blueberry Protein Overnight Oats
Ingredients
SERVES: 1
1/2 cup oats
2/3 cup frozen blueberries
1 scoop protein powder using Rookie Vanilla Protein
1 tsp maca powder
Lots of cinnamon
3/4 cup milk
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender
Blend on high for 10-15 seconds
Pour into a meal prep container, cover & store in the refrigerator for 6 hours (ideally overnight)
Enjoy in the morning!
