Homemade Nutty Granola

Ingredients

SERVES: 10

  • 2 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts of your choice (I like almonds & pecans)

  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • Lots of cinnamon (as much as you would like)
    Lots of pumpkin pie spice (as much as you would like)

 

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F

  • Combine all ingredients in one large mixing bowl

  • Line a tray with parchment paper

  • Spread mixture evenly on parchment paper

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes stirring every 10 minutes until it is baked to your desired crispness
