Chia-Misu
Ingredients
SERVES: 2
1 cup Fage Greek Yogurt
1 scoop @rookiewellness chocolate protein powder (code sophs to save 15%)
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup milk
2/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
2 tbsp cocoa powder or cacao powder
Instructions
To make chia pudding: combine chia seeds and milk. Mix well and store in refrigerator for 3 hours (ideally overnight)
To make protein chocolate yogurt: combine Greek yogurt with chocolate protein powder
