Chia-Misu

Ingredients

SERVES: 2

  • 1 cup Fage Greek Yogurt

  • 1 scoop @rookiewellness chocolate protein powder (code sophs to save 15%)

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder or cacao powder

 

Instructions

To make chia pudding: combine chia seeds and milk. Mix well and store in refrigerator for 3 hours (ideally overnight)

To make protein chocolate yogurt: combine Greek yogurt with chocolate protein powder

Alternate layers —

  • Chia pudding

  • Protein chocolate yogurt

  • Chia pudding

  • Protein chocolate yogurt

  • Vanilla yogurt

  • Top with cacao powder or cocoa powder
