Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

Ingredients

SERVES: 1

  • 1 cup oats

  • 3 tbsp shredded carrots

  • 1/4 cup Fage 0% Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp raisins

  • 2 tbsp walnuts

  • Lots of cinnamon & nutmeg

  • 1 cup milk

 

Instructions

  • Simply combine all ingredients in a jar

  • Cover & store in the refrigerator for 6 hours *(ideally overnight)

  • Serve & enjoy with some more Greek yogurt & cinnamon
